About the Author
Brian Gordon Sinclair, is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada and holds a Master of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Denver. He also studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, England, and at the National Film Board of Canada. Mr. Sinclair is the author of a seven play series entitled, The Hemingway Monologues: An Epic Drama of Love, Genius and Eternity. These plays detail and illuminate the life and writing of Nobel Prize winning author, Ernest Hemingway. The first five plays premiered at the Hemingway Days Festival in Key West, Florida to considerable critical acclaim. The sixth play, Sunset (originally titled, In Deadly Ernest), was commissioned by Museo Hemingway/Finca Vigia and had its world premiere at the Hemingway Colloquium in Havana, Cuba. Brian Gordon Sinclair is considered to be the foremost dramatic interpreter of Ernest Hemingway in the world today. As Patron of the children's baseball team at Museo Hemingway in Cuba, Mr. Sinclair recently co-authored The Homerun Kid: The True Story of Ernest Hemingway's Baseball Team.
