Imagine for a moment, that just as salt enhances the taste of our food, our lives should enhance the spiritual flavor of the lives around us. But like most things, there is a catch- if we prioritize our gain over the process set by God- we miss fulfilling our life purpose. We must resist staying in comfort and convenience because we must obey the guidance of God.

And then there is Light, think of its beacon, leading others toward righteousness and truth. But if we allow worldly desire to dim our light, we lose the ability to influence society with gratitude, kindness, and love. So, let us apply the principles to bring glory to God and draw others closer to him. Let us stay faithful to God's teaching, so we can make a difference and be the salt and light to our everyday lives.
