MARY L. WOEHREL is the founder and past president of the Mushroom Club of Georgia and a cofounder of the Western Pennsylvania Mushroom Club, as well as the club's first president. She holds a bachelor of science degree in technical writing and editing, was editor of the MCG newsletter, and has published in the journal FUNGI.

William H. Light (Author)
WILLIAM H. LIGHT holds a PhD in biology and is a science and technical writer and adjunct instructor. He is the author of The Biology of Venoms, four textbooks on the biology of alcoholism, and Invertebrates of the San Francisco Bay Estuary System.
