Lars Jacob Foged is the Scientific Director of Microwave Vision Group and Associate Director of Microwave Vision Italy. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and has been Secretary of the IEEE Antenna Standards Committee since 2004. He is a Fellow of the Antenna Measurements Techniques Association (AMTA) and recipient of its Distinguished Achievement Award.

Castañer, Manuel Sierra: -

Manuel Sierra Castañer is a Professor at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and the Antenna Measurement Techniques Association (AMTA). He is currently vice-chair of the European Association of Antennas and Propagation (EurAAP). In 2007, he was awarded the IEEE-APS Schelkunoff Prize Paper Award for Dual-Polarization Dual Coverage Reflectarray for Space Applications.
