Over the last 30 years Marcus has been involved in the creation of many of London's most iconic and celebrated restaurants, holding two Michelin stars for more than a decade. His Michelin-starred restaurant Marcus at the Berkeley hotel is one of the capital's most iconic dining destinations. Marcus is also both judge and mentor on BBC's flagship television series MasterChef: The Professionals, as well as a renowned cookery author. He lives in London with his wife Jane and three children and also spends time at Melfort House in Sussex developing his kitchen garden.
