About the Author

Neil Perry is arguably Australia's most influential restaurateur. His impact on Australian dining both in the restaurant and at home has been indelible - through establishing iconic venues such as Rockpool, Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, Rosetta, and Jade Temple as well as his long-running 'Good Weekend' column. Neil has been creating menus for Qantas since 1997, continually redefining their dining and service. Since March 2020 he runs charity Hope Delivery, a much-needed community meal program in Sydney and Melbourne to feed the disadvantaged who have been severely affected by the pandemic. In 2021 he opened a new restaurant Margaret, named after his mother, which showcases many of the dishes contained in his most recent award-winning and bestselling book, Everything I Love to Cook.
