harpreet's current life mantra is: "to be this vulnerable, means i'm alive" as this very saying has helped her: face fears, connect with many, and live a life of emotional freedom. this concept of emotional freedom is what poetry for the soul represents, an encapsulation of her spiritual journey, as well as growing out of your late teens and experiencing your early 20's. she touches on topics like: dating, friendship, growing up, and how these common life occurrences made an impact on her mental health. she only hopes you can relate, learn, and feel these emotions for yourself because this vulnerability means you are truly living!
